Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order if:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • The product is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.

  • All original tags, labels, and packaging are intact.

  • You provide proof of purchase, such as your order confirmation or invoice.

Non-Returnable Items

Returns cannot be accepted under the following circumstances:

  • Products that have been worn, washed, or altered.

  • Items without their original tags or packaging.

  • Products damaged due to improper use or handling by the customer.

  • Clearance, discounted, or promotional items (unless they are damaged or incorrectly delivered).

Refund Policy

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.

  • Refunds will be issued through the original payment method whenever possible.

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds may be sent via bank transfer or mobile financial services such as bKash or Nagad.

Exchange Policy

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we will gladly replace it at no additional cost. Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.

For exchanges due to a change of size or color, customers may be responsible for applicable delivery charges.

Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to our mistake (wrong item, damaged product, or manufacturing defect), SNS Clothing BD will bear the return shipping cost.

  • If the return is requested because of a change of mind or an incorrect size selection, the customer will be responsible for the shipping charges.
